Hello, mate.
If you are seeking for a specific guide of "How to overclock an MSI R7850 Twin Frozr III", then there is none, actually.
Overclocking process for this gpu is much alike with any other videocard, no matter if it`s NVidia or AMD.
The only instructions I can give you are the following:
1. Download any gpu overclocking utility (MSI Afterburner will do pretty well www.event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/)
2. Install the latest Catalyst drivers http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
3. Then start setting the desired gpu and memory freq.
4. If you want more overclock, then set a gpu Vcore to about 1.2 or smth (that seems to be a kind of "safe limit" for 7850`s). and go on pulling the afterburner sliders.

For basic principles of using the MSI Afterburner util you might wach this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PtpBRKqhzE4

MSI Afterburner is a safe program with a simple interface. it can work with a second screen monitor, or just work in the background when you minimize it. I have the same card, and it works well. You can only overclock the r7850OC to 1050MHz, but that's okay, you can definitely see the performance difference.

Bundled with afterburner is the msi combuster program, which has an on-screen interface that is low-profile, and allows you to monitor temps, framerate, etc., all in the corner of your choice.

Hope this helps.
