[SOLVED] Overclocking my ram

i am looking to overclock my pny anarchy ddr4 2133 MHz ram. i currently have XMP which is OCing it to 2400 MHz. can i boost that any more or is that maxed out? newby looking for some help thanks all.

z170 Progaming
i7 6700k 4.8 ghz 1.4hz
4x8 pny anarchy 2400mhz 1.2hz
geforce gtx 2080ti

You should be able to increase, but likely not without a voltage bump.

The four DIMMs will likely make it a bit more challenging too.

ok for instance what do you reccomend i up my mhz and voltage too ?

You'll likely benefit more (and have more of a chance of) successfully lowering timings, rather than increasing frequency.

If anything, a 2400MHz kit is likely going to top out at 2666-2800MHz without excessive volage.
You'll likely see more measurable gains in lowering you timings....
A half decent 4x8GB kit is probably CL16 or maybe even 17. Getting that down to CL15 with tighter timings would be what I'd shoot for.
