Overclocking on a AB350 Gaming K4 - Help needed!

Hi, I am trying to overclock my Ryzen 1700x to at minimum 4.0GHz on my AB350 Gaming K4. I am new to overclocking but I know the standard hardware to achieve it. I just need help going through the setups. Can someone help me?

4000 for frequency
1.38v for cpu voltage
save and exit to try booting, if boots, use prime95 to test stability, <85 temp is preferred.
if no boot, increase voltage, definitely less than 1.45v
if prime95 test is unstable, increase voltage.
If 1.44v can not do 4.0G, try again for 3.9G.

How long would it take to boot? Should it be instant like a normal boot or would it take a little while longer since the settings are changing?

Because so far I’m still seeing no boot and I’ve got it up to 1.39750

I did all the way up until I believe 1.44v
I even did 3.9 and nothing. I am the puzzled lol

Did that and still noting... Ugh... Maybe it's the motherboard? I'm looking at videos of people with different boards and they're all having no issues what's so ever.
