Overclocking on GA-78lmt-usb3

Hey, looking to overclock my cpu (FX-8350) on my motherboard, I know my mobo supports overclocking but I'm not sure I should overclock on such a low end motherboard. I bought a cpu cooler today and it's going to be here tuesday. I've never overclocked before so I was going to be safe and only overclock it to ~4.5GHz anyways. Should I run into any problems?

Should I run into any problems? - hopefully not. Its got a heatsinked VRM, 4+1 power phases and can run a 125W CPU.

As long as you're careful. Got a good CPU cooler? And PSU?

4.5GHz on an 8350 on a 760G motherboard? You'll be very lucky. I'd aim for 4.2 first, hoping you have a nice cooler.

This is what I was worried about :/ I suppose I'll wait until I can snag a better motherboard. What's your opinion on the MSI Krait?

The Krait comes in the chipsets Z97 and X99, and as far as I know they don't do an AM3+ socket board. As far as the board goes itself, its very nice, with plenty of features and good overclocking. It also looks utterly gorgeous, I'm using one in my next build.

I don't know about the power phase design on that one, I'm guessing it's 4+1. It should be better at overclocking than the board you currently have, but it won't be spectacular.
