Question Overclocking or not

I have been planning to build a pc with following config-
AMD Ryzen 2700x
16 GB ddr4 Corsair 3200mhz ram
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 G1 gaming 6gb
I need my pc for gaming purpose as well as for making game
Any tips on the build?
Is an external cooler must or will stock do the job?
Can I not buy the liquid cooler now or is it hv to be bought?
