Question Overclocking problem with i7-6850k

When ever i overclock my i7 6850k to 4 ghz and only 1 core overclocks to 4ghz and the rest are on 3.8 and when i first got my computer all cores used to be at 4ghz. Can someone help me?

Are you setting the cores to 'Sync All Cores' or 'Per Core' in BIOS (if you have that option)?

Sync All Cores should be set, if you want all cores with the same frequency.

yeah it is on sync all cores im using the msi click bios just only one core is overclocking to 4ghz and the other 5 cores are on 3.8ghz
