Overclocking Questions Motherboard

Is it safe, or is the motherboard good enough to overclock my FX 8350?
My motherboard is the Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 r5

Yes, it is safe.

Your motherboard certainly isn't an ROG series, but it's pretty decent and overclocking should be fine. Your 8-pin power connector can supply more than enough power, and 8+2 power phases are pretty good. Those CPUs are designed to be overclocked and I see no reason not to.

It depends on CPU and how much higher volt you are gonna give it.

Motherboard doesn't support DDR4 Memory.
