So the problem is my rig is overheating and stuttering when i want to play games like BF4, BF3, GTA IV ect on high. My GPU could handle it easily even on medium my rig starts stuttering after a 20-30 minutes of playing due the heat.

PC Specs
Processor: AMD A10 6800K with stock cooling
PSU: Crossair CX500 80+ certified
Motherboard: FM2A88M Extreme 4+
GPU: XFX AMD Radeon HD 6870 Dual Fan edition
Rams: Kingston HyperX Predator 8 GB DDR3-RAM 2400 MHz 2 x 4 GB
^ Those are all the new parts i bougth and builed in my old PC rig which had a very basic Case/HHD and floppy disk i used of it to complete my rig.

So i discoverd that i had a very high idle temp of my CPU alot and also i think a little bit overheating of my GPU in idle.

Question: What should i do first to fix the problem for my games? I think the CPU overheating is the problem that my games starts to stutter and even close by itself. You guys know a cheaper solution without buying like a aftermarket CPU cooler? Should i also change my case for better air flow? This is my first build and cable managment also should i work on that? Should get a new case with more case fans? Or will only a aftermarket CPU cooler do the trick for everything and run my rig cool? Even playing BF4 on medium to high settings?

Solution
yes that could be a problem ,but that chip/gpu might not be enough for some games , those temps are high for doing nothing , max of 74 c for that chip . A good cooler will help , don't have to spend a lot , 20.00 or under should do it . Maybe they didn't install the cooler properly .
I lower the volts to keep mine cool as well , so a cooler and lower the volts should bring the temps down to around 30 idle maybe 60 when stressed

The cable management could use some work, lol. That's not what's causing your issue. Are those temps at idle? You could simply buy some good thermal compound and reapply it to the processor. Stock VS Quality thermal compound will usually account for at least a 3 or 4 degree decrease. Is the system overclocked?

Yes the temps are at idle and the system is not overclocked only turbo clock enabled from 4.1 GHZ to 4.4 GHZ. I also disabled and the idle temp stays around 50-60 degrees range. Even a small load on the CPU goes to 70 degree range. Do you guys think the CPU overheating is the problem for stuttering in my games on high quality?
