In a clan what are the benefits to being an overlord?

Overlord:
-recruit/boot any clan member
-play in clan matches
-change peon, member, staff roles
-broadcast clan messages
Staff:
-recruit/boot any clan member
-play in clan matches
-change peon, member roles
-broadcast clan messages
Member:
-recruit clan members
-play in clan matches
-broadcast clan messages
Peon:
-play in clan matches

This was purely from memory, as I am not currently a staff or overlord
in my current clan. There may be more that I can't remember right now.

Thanks for that,

Now all I have to find is a number of people to join my clan who are
all on at the same time as me, would like to try some clan games. or
failing that a good clan to join
