Overwatch stuttering on 200 fps

Anyways, I have been playing overwatch a lot more recently, but there been a lot of recent stuttering lately.

I have mainly:
cpu i7 7700
gpu msi aero 1070 oc
2tb storage
ddr4 16gb

Mainly I play it on epic settings with 200 fps, but then there are stuttering issues here and there that make the game practically unplayable a bunch of times with some of the high accuracy people. I mainly turned down ambient occlusion and reflection in the settings off.

I slightly overclock my gpu with
power limit 105%
120 mhz core clock
350 memory clock
90-100% fan when over 60-70*C

The game was running fine until last week when it ran a snag with this problem. Most of my other games are fine except for this and maybe for honor(after several hours of playing it happened) but overwatch is rampart with this problem.

Whats your monitor? It could be the refresh rate not being able to keep up with the action.
Locking your FPS at 60 could help if it is the refresh rate.

It is at 144hz it's the x star monitor

Turn it off epic. My computer stutters like hell and my shooting goes to crap on it too. I can't tell a lick of difference between it and ultra visually. And honestly it feel like my shooting improves a bit more dropping the settings to high. I don't get 200 on epic but it stays in the 120-150 range and feel choppy as hell dropping to ultra gains like 2-5 fps but is buttery smooth
