P4P800E-Deluuxe
P-4 3.0 Ghz
512 PC3200 400mhz

Box has been running fine for 8 months, then on boot-up keeps saying
overclock failed and it boots for about 5 seconds then shuts down I
have to press the power button about dozen times to get box to boot.
I have cleared BOIS and flashed it, and changed memory and tried
removing all cards and doing selective startup still same problem,
have to press button about dozen times then it says overclock failed.
Oh changed power supply and button too.

Do you have thermal paste on the CPU, to make good contact with
the heatsink/fan ? Maybe your processor is overheating ?

Are any capacitor tops bulging or leaking, in the area near
the processor ? If they are, use the warranty and RMA the board.
