How can I connect the audio and the USB connectors in the front of my case
on a P4S800 mainboard.

Plug the leads onto the relevant motherboard pins? These are shown in
the manual so where's your problem?

See FP_AUDIO header in the manual, for hooking up audio to the front of
the computer.

See USB_56 header in the manual, to get up to two USB connectors
hooked up on your computer.

If you want further help, list the make and model of the computer
case, and the names printed on _all_ the wires coming from the
front of the computer.
