Thanks for the pointers. The Celeron is being taken from a Dell Dimension
2350, replaced with a P4 2.4. I don't have the Asus board yet, but there a
few listed on eBay listed as new for very reasonable prices, $50.00 or so. I
was hoping this Celeron/Asus combination would make a reasonably speedy XP
box with 768mb of ddr 2100 memory. It looks as though it will.
