p5n32-e memory error??????

I bought this Asus p5n32-e sli 2 weeks ago
with an intel core 2 duo e6600
asus en8800tgs
1g x2 kingstone kvr800s2n5/1 (that are in the asus QVL).

After installed windows xp pro sp2 i got a lot of stability problems:

- A lot of corrupted files (crc error during installing sofware from dvd)
- Crash playing games like rainbow six vegas

After these problems i tested memory with memtest, S&M and memtest86
All 3 detect problems on rams.

i tried to test each memory bench alone in two different memory slots:
the 1#bench got a lot of memory copy errors
the 2#bench always at 80% of the test power down computer
this effect was got with all 3 diagnostic software.

What do you think about?
Is possible that all 2 bench were corrupted? (sound strange!)
Do you think that can be a motherboad problem?

i also had memory problems with my new P5N32-E (random blue screens, game freezing/ bluescreencrashing, but i managed to fix it.

How, well first of all, i slotted my Corsair XMS2 2x 1GB 6400 RAMs into the slots that were both blue, so it looked like: Used // Empty // Used // Empty.
So instead i read around and people put their sticks on RAM in side-by-side.
so i done that too so it now looks like: Used // Used // Empty // Empty
I reverted my BIOS version down to 0302 i think its called, but i dont think that was what fixed it cause i was still getting problems before i done the stick slot changing.

and well mine works like a charm, 0 crashes in any games

try the stick side by side, i.e. blue and white together, thats what i got
