P5ne-sli bios update

I know this is an old one, but one of my computer's has an Asus P5NE-SLI Mobo, it has the factory firmware on it, though I swear I flashed it once before. I decided on upgrading the dual core to a quad core to extend the life a few more years and the quad core won't boot at all, won't even post. The screen goes black as if the video card is bad.

I finally realized the BIOS was out of date and I want to flash it now to hopefully solve my quad core problem. My problem now though, is I have no idea how to flash a .bin file. Any help with this would be awesome!

If you have the old CPU with you, put it in the rig. Boot into the BIOS and choose the BIOS update in the Tools Menu using Asus EZ Flash 2.
Remember to have the bin file on a empty USB stick.
