I have this mobo P7H55-M can i know what kind of ssd is compatible ,sorry im still a newbie to this things tyia.

Only SATA SSDs are compatible with your board.

Rule of the thumb, if there's a SATA 2 or 3 connector any SATA 2.5" SSD is supported, All of new 2.5" SSDs are SATA 3 but can work with SATA2 (like yours) although at slower speeds, That is still several times faster than any HDD so it's worth it.
