I recently built a computer for a friend. Upon receiving his build, he switched from a local account to his Microsoft account.
The problem is, his Microsoft account had parental control set on his brother's Xbox, and it seems it followed him to Windows 10, even tho his account is the main administrator account.
His account is currently locked until 7 am tomorrow. Is there a way to remove the parental controls from his current account once he regains access, should he activate and use the default Windows administrator account to do it instead, or should he try to gain access to the Xbox and change the parameters from there?
I am trying to troubleshoot this with him by phone and I cannot reproduce the situation on my computer to properly help him. I also have no prior experience with parental control settings.
Thanks!
