Partial build/upgrade, Final, Thoughts?

So this is what i've got so far.
It will mostly be used for gaming, streaming, and other random usage. (WoW,D3,AvP,Sc2,etc.)

Primary monitor is 1920x1080 and a secondary monitor at 1280x1020 i believe.

I think that pretty much covers it. The total is gonna be about 560 with shipping which is almost at the top of how much i was hoping to spend. 600 was the max.
If you guys can think of anything that would perform better or get me same performance cheaper or something please, let me know before i waste my money .

Also, If anyone has any better ram suggestions I'd happily take a look at them although those samsung sticks people have been overclocked really high with tight timings still.

Also, i know i could have sacrificed a little bit on the CPU & Mobo, for a better GPU, but i wanted a well rounded rig that i could have for a couple years.

The board you chose only has 4+2 phase, this one has 8+4 phase.

The video card is definitely weak for the rest of the components.

For the games you mentioned, the 6870 is well suited for the task of playing them. At the $170 price point for a video card, you'd be hard pressed to find better. Decent choices, but yes, I would go with an 8GB (2x4GB) Corsair Vengeance kit, or a Gskill kit such as this:

I'm completly unfamiliar with 4+2 phase and 8+4 phase, Does it have to do with the PCIE bus?

More phases is better for overclocking. More phases mean each phase has less stresses as they all work together to deliver power to CPU.
