Password reset disk

i have just brought a new msi all in one and i set it up and used it for one day then it wouldnt let me use my password it was saying "this feature requires removable media, such as a floppy disk or USB flash drive. please insert a floppy disk or connect a USB flash drive, and then try again" and so i insert a usb stick now its telling me its not a password reset disk but i did not get one in the pack what do i do please help

That does not make any sense. What are you clicking to get that message? You don't get a password reset disk, you make one after you setup your account. And it would only ask for that if you checked off "forgot password" or something, not when you type your password in.

Did you forget the password? If you did, you can always just reset the thing to factory defaults since you only used it for a day. Or look in the manual of the PC and use the admin account they should have provided to reset your account password.
