I have an Acer laptop that is less than 4 months old. Did not come with a back up disc. It will not accept the password that was set up. How can I delete or change the password to be able to log on?

try contacting acer customer support with proof of ownership.
get the correct password from the person who set up the password in the first place.
make sure you're entering the correct password. passwords are case sensitive.
