PB smart restore

Hi

I have used smart restore to make my master CDs but since then whenever I
try to run smart restore I get an error message " missed file ".

Did any body have the same problem? Now that I have my master CDs I can do
nothing with them...!!!

no idea what file is missing
unable to access packard bell support??!!
