[SOLVED] PBO2 and curve optimizer

Ive read so many conflicting views when it comes to PBO2 and curve optimizer on how to actually set the cores. My understanding is pretty limited anyway. I have a 5600X, now, I can try setting each core to the max of -30 but with my two best cores is it best to limit the negative offset until my pc becomes unstable, like try -25 then -20 etc as to not limit their boosting potential? Just anyone's thoughts would be really helpful thanks to help me understand the whole process.

I would say use the approach in the opposite direction: set every core with a negative offset to the first step, see if the computer boots to Windows, then keep going down until it stops booting. Then use the last setting that worked and check for stability. You can fine tune for each core if you want from there.

That's the problem Ive been having, some say increase/decrease one way, others say the opposite way.

A negative value would be an undervolt.

If undervolting is your goal, I used this guide but didn't do per-core optimizations. Otherwise I got good results.
