Recently been having troubles with my pc, started one morning when I woke and turned on my pc but received no signal from it to my monitor and my peripherals were not turning on despite my pc working perfectly fine the night before.

I have tried to diagnose the problem yet I have had no luck, I swapped around my gpu and my brother's gpu and had the same result on my pc while my gpu worked fine in his pc. I tried getting a new motherboard and had the same result. I tried a different psu and nothing changed. I have no idea what the problem could be so if anyone here has any ideas please let me know.

Pc specs:
· Ryzen 5 2600
· Rx580
· Gigabyte B550 Eagle
· 16GB DDR4 TridentZ ram
·G.Skill 650 Watt 80Plus Bronze

That processor is not supported by the chipset, regardless of what BIOS version you're on. If you've been working with it all this time, might want to drop the processor onto another, known working, motherboard. If the CPU doesn't kick up an error/no-POST scenario, then your motherboard/BIOS might be to blame.

How old is the PSU?

How old is the PSU?

I got the PSU last year so it isn't that old, I will try the CPU in another motherboard and will post the results.

When I went to swap CPUs I noticed my CPU hadn't gone all the way into the socket because of some bent pins so that seems to be the main culprit, I did however still test a different CPU on my motherboard.

I tested a Ryzen 5 3600 on it and it still did not POST, but my previous issue of the peripherals not turning on was resolved with the new CPU. What CPU would be good replacement?
