I recently upgraded to a new 1440p monitor and since using it in my set up it has been causing me so much pain. I was previously using a 1080p msi monitor and had been very happy with my pc and had little issue but since upgrading, my pc has been randomly rebooting and games have been so unstable and crashing constantly. Once I had noticed the issue I swapped back to the old monitor but the issue still continued. Has using the monitor done damage to the pc ??

The new monitor I tried using is

MSI MAG 271QPX QD-OLED E2

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Has using the monitor done damage to the pc ??
No, it's very unlikely.

Psu nzxt 650 watt
NZXT is the brand of the unit, while 650W is the advertised wattage of the unit. What is the model and age of the unit?

Gpu 4060ti 16gb
Which driver version are you on?

Motherboard msi z790 gaming plus wifi
What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

Thank you for the quick response!!

The psu was purchased around 2 years ago and was used in one of my previous builds.

NZXT C650 - NP-C650M-UK - 650 Watt PSU - 80+ Gold

For the gpu the drivers are the most recent ones.

The motherboard bios is on version 7E06vH8 which released April this year I believe
