Question PC artifacts even before booting Windows

RX 560
CPU RX 2600
16 GB DDR4
PSU NOX 550 W

Happened yesterday, was on the middle of a discord calll and playing overwatch, suddenly PC froze into a brown screen - one colour taking over the entirety of the screen.

Since then, it never worked again. Sometimes it boots into Windows but 2 minutes in it artifacts like shown on the video.

Any idea what this could be? Gpu? CPU? Motherboard?

Bad video cable or bad graphics card.
Try with a different video cable first.
Then try with a different graphics card.

Tried both different cables and different monitor, same exact thing happened. It's doubtlessly the gpu then no?

Hello.
Before you dump the card i would suggest the following:
1st - open computer case - remove the card from slot. Carefully clean the slot and use a vacuum cleaner. Carefully reinsert the card to slot and start computer. If the problem persist go to solution no 2
2nd - Take the card to a secondary computer and test it in that combination. If it makes those artifacts in that system also then you have a hardware failure.

PSU NOX 550 W

That's a cheap generic and a very poor quality PSU brand. Replace this power supply asap. Most of the NOX branded power supplies are bottom Tier F models, and some are even considered as fire hazards.

You shouldn't be using this poor quality PSU on a gaming PC to begin with. Kindly replace and upgrade the current NOX PSU before it's too late. Don't skimp on the power supply, since this is the MOST important PC component. Period.

NOX uses dodgy/sub-par components and also lack the basic protection mechanisms which high-end and modern PCs require. Stay away !

Like I mentioned above, your current PSU model is most likely the culprit here.
