My PC freezes randomly when in Windows 10, no matter what program is active or not and doesn't respond to any kind of command or move from the mouse. My only option is to restart it but when I do so I sometimes get my pc turning on and off with a 5 seconds lapse between off and on, when that happens my one option is to plug it off from the electric current.
I'm having this issue since January, and I can't find any good answer to it. I'll be glad to show my PC specs to anyone who likes to help me.

Please post your entire system specs including PSU make and model.

Initial suspect would lie on PSU based on the issue you described.
Have you run SFC, CHKDSK, and DISM to check core OS for problems before we jump into hardware?
Does the issue occur in safe mode?

Motherboard: Asus H8M1-A
CPU: Intel I5 4690-K
GPU: Sapphire Nitro AMD Radeon 7 370 4G GDDR5
RAM: G SKILL SNIPER 8GB (2X4GB) DDR3
HDD: WD BLUE 1T
SDD: KINGSTON 126GB
POWER SUPPLY: SENTEY Bxp 600w
In secure mode the issue doesn't happens.

Speaking of which, your PSU is very poor quality, but usually you'd expect the issue to occur in Safe Mode if it was hardware. It still could be, as safe mode could be limiting services / processes that are causing more stress on the components / PSU.

But the issue went away completely with safe mode?
