Question PC BIOS screen is green with pink text, but Windows is normal ?

Got a 7900 XT yesterday ( upgraded from 1660 Ti) and while installing today I noticed that everytime I boot, the BIOS and startup screens are green with pink text, but after loading Windows everything is normal. Anyone know what's up??

Things I've tried:

• DDU and drivers update
• New HDMI cable
• Fresh install of Windows
• BIOS reset

Switching to rgb color in Adrenaline fixes it but makes the whole screen way too dark.
Games run as expected, no other issues besides those stated above

Just wondering if you have a dell monitor? Also the rgb setting is a common fix. Do you have an AMD system?

Yep just added the card so it's entirely amd now and no it's a TV I'm having the issue with, though I've tried multiple monitors and it's still the same.
