Okay so my PC has been black screen crashing for about 2 weeks. It used to crash at random times, even a couple minutes after startup, but now it only crashes when i'm either watching a video, from any website, or playing a game. Another Issue that i've been having with my PC is that the screen will be black at the startup for around 20 seconds or so, with the cursor still there. I'll be able to bring up the task manager during this period, but usually after 20 seconds the black screen just turns into my desktop and the windows startup sound plays when the black screen is gone. I'm not sure what or why this is, so I need some answers on this too please.

For the issue of my PC black screen crashing, say i'm playing a video game with my friends and I'm in a discord call, my PC will black screen after about 20 minutes or less of gameplay and end up crashing my PC within around 3 seconds of the black screen. The first 3 seconds of the black screen I can still hear audio from my game and my discord call, and my friends can still hear me, but after the three seconds, all audio gets cut out and my pc sits in a black screen until I restart it. I've waited in the black screen for 20 minutes, and nothing happened, so I always have to force restart it.

This black screen also happens when i'm watching a video. After a couple minutes of the video my PC will black screen, i'll hear the video audio for around 3 seconds, and then it crashes. It's not the browser, because I've tried Opera, Chrome, Firefox, Explorer, and more. Sometimes my PC will almost crash, but doesn't. Sometimes when I watch a video the video will freeze and so will my PC and sometimes they make my computer Blue Screen and other times it says "Display drivers have stopped working and have recovered" (I haven't really had this issue for a couple days and it's usually not that big of a deal)

I already uninstalled and reinstalled my AMD graphics drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller. This really didn't do anything for me, I see no noticeable difference and the black screen is still happening.

I'm currently trying to get my Windows 7 CD back and try and repair my OS to see if that will help with the issue, but I'm not too sure what will happen. I'm definitely considering a full factory reset (even though I personally do not know how to do that), but this issue has become a huge deal and my computer is almost becoming unusable.

This might also be a hardware issue. I do not know much about fixing the hardware of my PC. I didn't build my PC myself, I had people at Frys Electronics build it for me. I don't know if they could have built it incorrectly, but I've had this PC for about 2 years now and this problem just recently started to happen. Before, my PC used to run anything and everything completely fine and noise free, but recently I am experiencing huge frame drops, my computer is making a lot more noise than before (Might just be a common issue with aging computers, but not sure if 2 years is the average time a computer starts giving out) If this issue is with the hardware, what recommendations do you have to deal with it? Should I take it to Frys and see if they can

check it out? Should I take it to get a diagnostic check up at an Office Depot? Should I try and open the case myself and see if I can find a problem (I would need clear instructions)

I'll edit this if I am forgetting anything or any updates happen. Specs will be posted in the imgur link. If there are any other programs that show the specs at greater detail please inform me and I will post them. http://imgur.com/a/WZFcV

Well, while I was watching Twitch a couple hours ago, my pc randomly turned off and turned back on but when it turned on there was no display at all. I let it stay off for a while and tried again. It powers up but no display whatsoever. Not even the basic motherboard startup. What could cause all this? Faulty motherboard? RAM? I don't think it's the power supply because the PC still gets powered, and when I got the black screens before my PC stopped working, it would only be during games or videos.

The specs are in the imgur link. I didnt have speakers connected, but I had a keyboard that was connected in the green and pink audio port. I used a G930 Headset.

Wow I guess I posted the wrong link. Anyway I have an R9 390 graphics card, H81M-E33 Motherboard MSI, an i5-4690K Cpu, CX750 PSU, cant remember RAM or anything else off the top of my head. Also cant check pc cayse it wont turn on.

not speakers, a speaker ,you know the thing that beeps when the pc starts. The way it beeps can tell us a lot.
If you don't try these steps:
unplug vga, disks, optical drives etc , use 1 stick of RAM only and see if it boots.Give display though on board graphics.
If it does, add one by one the devices.
If it doesn't, remove the cmos battery for like 5-10m and put it back.

It's my graphics card. The fans weren't spinning and the PC works with an integrated card. I had it for a year only... Haven't touched it. What might be wrong with it? Could it be not starting cause of software such as drivers?
