Whenever I power on PC, it sounds like the computer is running fine but the screen remains totally black. If I leave it alone and running for a few hours, it eventually wakes up and runs completely normal until I put the computer to sleep or shut it down.

When the computer finally wakes up, I can play video games for hours at a time with no lag, freezing, or crashing. I cannot notice any performance issues at all once the computer finally starts.

I am having this issue like 90% of the time I boot up for the last couple of weeks. Please help me. Thanks

well sometimes your CPU on your motherboard can have integrated graphics, Like an AMD A10 series processor. I agree with Tacticall. Try running with motherboard CPU integrated Graphics. if the same issue persists, its probably the monitor causing the issues and it will need to be replaced.

What gpu are you using? Take it out, and run your video through the integrated graphics on your motherboard(if you have one). Update your drivers.

Thanks for reply. I am using nvidia geforce 750 Ti. According to the nvidia control panel the drivers are updated. I am not sure what you mean by take it out and run video through motherboard. Can you please elaborate on this?
