[SOLVED] PC bluethooh audio system

Hello friends:
I have a PC with a good 2.1 sound system with a subwoofer.
Besides I have a bluetooth usb for my PC.
My question is: Can I make my PC work as a bluetooth audio device? My purpose is that the sound from my smartv 60 "is reproduced using the system audio of my PC.
My smartv can connect to:
- bluetooth sound devices
Note: My smartv does not have 2.1 analog audio input/output.

Thank you very much for the reply, my bluetooth usb is v2.1. In Windows 10 64bits, a sound device works can connect to my PC, I can connect my cell phone ...
I installed the application from the Microsoft store without problems, I ran it but my smart tv does not recognize my PC bluetooth, maybe it is a problem with my bluetooth version?

bluetooth version doesnt matter, a2dp is needed for bluetooth streaming, bluetooth device (any) should be able to handle it, if it doesnt work with yor bt dongle, then its software issue (bt driver)
