Question Pc boot loop after new motherboard install

I installed a new motherboard, a gigabyte z390 aorus master to be exact, it worked perfectly for 2 hours, i had my i9 overclocked to 5 ghz all cores and it was running smooth, at under 30 degrees idle, i was playing modern warfare and rust having a good time when i figured I'd hop on vrchat, then my pc bluescreened and started bootlooping, I really would love some help, 50CalOdin##9324 on discord please hmu

i got to bios and removed my overclocks (reverted to a failsafe) it didnt change anything, so i factory reset my pc and for now it seems to have been working fine with my 5ghz overclocks applied, im even thinking of upping themto 5.2 since im never over 60 degrees at 5 ghz but i need to get in touch with someone experienced
i got bluescreen signifying low cpu voltage so i upped it to 1,35 volts wich seems to be stabile for now
