Question Pc Boot Loop

Hello, my pc suddenly started makes a boot loop after i took GPU out and in, i first thougt it was the GPU, but then when i took the ram out it stopped, yeah the screen is of course black when theres no ram in the motherboard, but the PC kept running (Fans, LED, Power supply, GPU...) When inserting the ram again it boot loops again, i have 2 ram slots and no matter what slot i insert the ram, the pc just Boot loop

And with Boot Loop i mean pc turn on for 5s with black screen turn off again...

BTW i only have 1x 8 GB stick, its about 7 month old.

try just with only one memory stickif that didnt work recheck all power cables to gpu and motherboard.is there any beeps when u in a boot loop

Try to remove CMOS battery on MB, try another slot-

I have no speaker set to, and i have tried every single combination of memory slots. I have checked every cable also, i think it could be the gpu, that is broken maybe after i switched thermal paste on it, but idk.

Try to remove CMOS battery on MB, try another slot-

Have removed it 2 times with 5-10 min.
