Question PC Boot problems please help

Watch the video to see what’s going on. I was cleaning my desk off while loading up a game and an empty sealed water bottle fell on it and once it made contact it immediately shut down. No water got in I think it was just the contact and every time I try to start it this happens

What exactly did it make contact with?

Amd ryzen 5 2600, rtx 2060, Gskill trident z rgb 16g 3200, MSi b450 gaming pro carbon ac, and the bottle hit the top of the case

In which case I would suspect something just became loose or dislodged.
