I have created custom power saver plan in windows with the following settings
Turn off hardisk after : 0 minutes
PCI Express Link State Power Management: Maximum Power Savings
Processor Performance Parking Min Cores : 10%
Minimum--Maximum Processor States: 10-25%

I have that power saver for years and it never causing me issue before, for the past 2 weeks i've been using APO-OK (AutopoweroptionsOk) to automatically choose that powersaver plan if it's not detecting any input for 5 mins and only yesterday it caused the issue where my pc automatically restarted and bootloop, had to system restore from the recovery. now I dont use that app again but even manually selecting the custom powersaver plan above instantly causing my pc to froze then restart but thankfully this time it doesnt cause bootloop so I'm not sure where the issue is coming all of a sudden?

My pc specs are:

6700XT (a month old)
Ryzen 3 3300X
2x8gb DDR4 RAM 3200mhz
Seasonic Prime GX-750 (3 months old)
Windows 11

I do not understand this part: "Turn off hardisk after : 0 minutes".

Does that configuration setting mean never turn off the hard disk or does it mean that if the hard disk is on then immediately turn the hard disk off?

What custom power saver plan are you using? Where did the plan come from?

Although I understand "power saving" per se what requirements do you have that require a third party tool/app to save power?

For the most part, some power "saving" plans probably save a negligble amount of power with the added risk of buggy performance.

My suggestion is to turn off, for the moment, all power saving.

When you are sure that the system is stable thereafter then re-invoke the desired power saving configuration.
