I have just swapped the motherboard and the cpu and now it boots, but I get output just the first time, no matter what, I get “No signal” untill I remove cmos, then it boots just once again. Sometimes the ez debug for vga turns on for like 5 secs (usually I get output then, only the first boot after bios reset).

Specs:
Ryzen 7 2700x
16gb Ram
Mobo: Msi b450m pro-m2 max
Gpu: Rx 580 8gb
Psu Aerocool vx plus 600

Did you do a new/clean install of windows? (Recommended, especially after a motherboard swap.)
The pc can boot only once, after that I have to take out cmos and then it will boot again, just once. I tried to boot in Windows installer but either the drives (SSD and HDD) weren’t recognized or now it’s just stuck on the windows logo with fans blaring and the hdd light turned on on the case..
