I recently ordered 2 Crucial CT4G4DFS824A 4 GB DDR4 RAM sticks and a MSI A320M PRO-VD mobo and Ryzen 3 1200.
When I plug in only one stick into my Mobo the PC boots up, but when I plug in two of them it doesn't... And all I'm left with is a black screen...

Specs:-
Mobo-MSI A320M PRO-VD(Supports upto 16GB ram, 2 slots)
GPU- Gt 1030
CPU- Ryzen 3 1200
PSU- Zebronics 450W(It's a 4 PIN POWERED SMPS, I'VE HEARD PPL SAYING I NEED AN 8 PIN POWERED SMPS TO WORK WELL WITH THIS MOTHERBOARD. COULD THIS BE THE PROBLEM?)

Thanks!

RAM is only guaranteed to work in the form it is sold. Mixing 2 sticks bought separately is not guaranteed to work, you should return them and buy a 2x4gb kit. First generation Ryzen is especially fussy with RAM.
But could the 4 pin smps not be a problem? You know I was playing Dying light for about half an hour and the screen suddenly went black and the PC rebooted. Then I tried playing Far Cry 4 and the same thing happened after gaming for about 30 minutes? Like this could be a PSU issue right?

That’s a different problem to the one in your original post. That sounds like a psu problem but seems completely unrelated to the ability to use 1 stick of RAM.
