I was playing CS:GO on one of my two screens. On the other one i was watching netflix. In the bakground i was downloading a game through steam. When my PC suddenley crashed.

I tried to start the PC in safe mode. And then i did a system recovery. If i start the PC now the acer logo appears but with two fat blue stripes across the screen vertically. then the screen just turns black for a moment and then turns black again but with a "billion" of very small blue stripes but this time the stripes goes both vertically and horizontally. Then it goes black and then the windows logo appears and then the screens turns black once again and stays that way forever. Just black.

So what's wrong?
What should i do next?

And i don't now what causes the problems so i didn't know what category i should choose

In that case, this is probably the minimum configuration that's likely to offer a minimum of 30fps in demanding games like Witcher 3, GTA V and probably Fallout 4, although we really don't know for certain how the demands on that title will play out yet. Of course, that's assuming ultra settings as well at 1080p. Lower settings like high or some combination of settings may allow for a lower tiered card at 1080p, like the GTX 960, R9 380 or R9 280x, but you'd definitely have to lower settings considerably for those cards to offer a minimum of 30fps on those titles.

Your CPU may be a slight bottleneck as well, but not by much, as it's still a pretty capable processor, so I would have no reservations with pairing that CPU with just about any single GPU card configuration out there. And, considering you have an OEM case, this card should fit since it's less than ten inches which is the maximum I believe will fit in your case.

I had the same problem a few months ago with my gtx460 graphics card which is your card equivalent. turns out even though I had put new thermal paste on the gpu the thermal strips on the heat sinks were failing. was a great cheap card. Just a new graphics card is enough just make sure you get one with twin fans. I ended up getting a nvidia gtx 960 though the amds I know are a lot cheaper.
