Hi everyone,

I will use the pc for school work and gaming (LOL, GW2 and Bioshock infinite). Next year SSD's will be cheaper, by that time I'm going to get one. And when the time has come that the pc can't hold it anymore, i will buy a cpu fan and overclock the cpu. I already ordered the RAM and the case. Is this a good build?

Mobo: Gigabyte 970A-UD3,sAM3+
CPU: AMD FX-8320 Black Edition,sAM3+
Graphics card: ASUS Radeon HD7870-DC2-2GD5-V2 - 2GB - PCI-E
HDD: Western Digital Red 1TB - 3.5inch
RAM: Kingston HyperX 8 GB DDR3-1600 Kit 2x4
PSU: Corsair CX CX500M
Wifi adapter: TP-Link TL-WN751ND - PCI
OS: Windows 8
Case: Cooler master N300
Total: €750 or $1014

Is the 8320 (overclocked) future proof? I calculated the PSU minimum wattage with 2 sites, one says 600W and the other says 333W. It's a huge difference, so i hope you can help me which one to believe.

Thanks in advance

Get a 600W PSU or greater. 500W seems kinda tight and your much better off with a larger pSU.
the 8320 is an awesome cpu but it's power hungry and needs a larger psu than a i5.
I like your build but I'd suggest getting a Blue or Black HDD instead.
You would be using about 400-450 watts on this system also what is your top dollar (not including the ram or the case, since you already bought them), also with the ram i would have went with 1866 MHz since you will notice a difference in gaming, when pushing your computer.
