Build Advice PC build around £1500 for 1440p gaming and work

Hi,

I've been a bit out of the PC building scene, have been using my i7 4790 PC for the past 9 years, and it is truly time for an upgrade. The goal is to use the PC to play moderately new games at 1440p, as well as being able to compile large projects written in Java (and/or running Kubernetes clusters locally).
I came up with the following build:

but I'm not really sure if these will work well together, or if I'm missing some new features that could elevate this build even further.

(I don't have much experience with AIO/liquid cooling, so another question would be if the air cooler will be adequate..)

Everything works together ^^ If you're looking to get into an i7 with that budget than here's a build to have a look at. The 120mm fan goes inside the back of that case for a rear exhaust fan.

Thanks for these. When it comes to the PSU though, how much am I supposed to oversize it if part picker calculates ~566W?

A 750W psu will work fine. I added that 850W psu because it's a bargain at that price.
