It would be better for you to go with GTX 960, because at some games AMD cards don't work very well with intel CPUs that have less then 4 physical core. http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/431731/msi-geforce-gtx-960-2gd5t-oc.html

The board is not the best, go with one that have more ram slots like this one http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/412751/asrock-h97m-anniversary.html, or with a z97 http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/398600/asrock-z97-anniversary.html http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/385452/gigabyte-ga-z97p-d3.html

Change ram to http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/325301/crucial-ballistix-bls2cp4g3d1609ds1s00ceu.html it will work on dual channel which is better (but only buy this ram if you get a motherboard with 4 ram slot)

the games that don't work well with dual core are mostly next generation games like gtaV, and for motherboard i don't need to have 4 ram slots, 8gb is enough, and if it isn't ill get one 8gb ram card(maybe 2)

Right now you dont need more then 8gb ram to play games, but who knows what will happen in two years. Plus if you get 2x4gb your system benefit from dual channel. Board with two slots will limit upgrade if you go dual channel

Since you dont need more then 8gb there is no reason to go dual 8gb

The GTX 960 have significantly lower power consumption for same and many times better performance.
