If it were me, i would probably pick up something second hand on gumtree, eg https://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/surfers-paradise/desktops/hp-i7-desktop-8gb-ram-gtx1060-v-card-1000-watt-p-s-windows-10/1177326676 or get a second hand i7 and throw a better gpu in it depending on the price.
