Hy guys,would you be so kind and help me building new rig?
My budget is 1000euros (without GPU because I bought it 6 months ago, GTX 1070) and preferably possible to deliver in Ireland.

Total around 945 euro.
The i5-8600k is available on amazon at that price although it would not show up on pcpartspicker.
You could save some money and re-use the PSU from your old system though the Dark Rock Pro 3 should give you more overclocking head room.
The new 500gb SSD would be for programs and games that you play regularly.

I believe it is free shipping to the republic of Ireland from Amazon UK.
