Saves quite a bit of money, PSU is pretty good, SSD and HDD included in the price and not to mention OS as well. 8400 is literally the way for gaming right now.

If you go with an i5 I would get a 8600k, since Z370 boards are the only ones available its pointless to stick a non overclockable chip in it right now. Once the cheaper H and B boards come out then yeah the non ks are worth getting.
