You dont need this in startup. You can delete or disable it

I would say it's one of these that are causing it. Disable them for now then reboot, Then see if that message comes up again.
If the message doesnt come up again. Select one of the entries below enable it again then reboot. Do the same thing for the 3 entries below.

Yes Startup Common Killer Network Manager.lnk Rivet Networks C:\Program Files\Killer Networking\Network Manager\NetworkManager.exe (the drivers for this have a habit of crashing windows).
So if it does crash, this would be the first thing, I would uninstall;
