Hey there, I've decided that it is finally time to upgrade to a new PC and since the new GTX 1070 is out, and it's dollar/frame ratio is insane and overall the graphics card is amazing for what it's worth, I've decided to build a PC around it. But I don't know a lot about PC components so it would be great if someone can build me a PC I can check out. As I stated my budget is ~$1700-$1750 ( not looking for peripherals such as a monitor, mouse etc.). Thank you! :)

Since your budget allows it, I'm going overkill!

Why not a GTX 1080? Gaming at which resolution?

have a BenQ XL2411Z (1080p ; 144hz). For me obviously cheaper is better, that's why I've decided to go with the 1070 and not the 1080. I really like the 2nd build, but have a question about it: Why not choose the SeaSonic S12-II 620W PSU over the EVGA. Saw on a simillar thread saying that it's better quality. Also, I'll probably wait and not buy the 1070 Founders Edition.

thank you so much for taking the time to help me. One last thing, the NZXT S340 is perfectly compatible with the 2nd build right? The H440 is a bit of an overkill for me :D.
