PC Case electric current flowing?

Hi, i have 2 prong outlets , so it meas no grounding..

theres a radiator , when i touch radiator with one hand and case with another i can feel electric current going thru case, it feels like you can hold it but not too long because it gives that unpleasant tingling, is this because i have 2 prong outlets? i had other pcs and they did the same.

If there's no grounding your PC is unsafe. Stop using it and get an electrician to install a ground. Or use laptops (which are usually double-isolated).

Standard PC power supplies are built to require a ground.

unsafe why? i've been using pcs like ~3yrs without problems
and every outlet in my country (i think) is 2prong

Because the line filtering that removes the high frequency noise that comes out of all switch-mode supplies goes to ground in PC supplies, causing ground to float at 1/2 supply voltage if not grounded.

I'd be very surprised if that was the case. Where are you?

im in lithuania
or there is grounded outlets , idk my house is old 🙁
