So on my motherboard i have 2 pins for Fans. One is Power Fan Connector and one is System Fan Connector. There is a difference between these two? Will my 2 fans work?
You did not state your system so I can only give a generic answer.
MOST motherboards power fan connectors are only used to monitor the PSU fan. It does not provide power to the fan.
If you only have one system fan connector you can use a fan splitter to connect 2 fans to a single header. As long as they do not exceed the motherboards fan header capabilities.
