Yes it's compatible, but you're better off trying to get 3000-3200 MHz RAM.

My Budget is $250 AU for the graphics card (over all is it 2000), I am using my pc for gaming, also my refresh rate is 144Hz Refresh Rate and my resolution is 1,920 by 1,080 31.5 inches.

That wouldn't be a very balanced build for a gaming rig. General recommendation is to spend roughly twice as much on your graphics card as your CPU.

I'd get an RX 580 8GB minimum, preferably something like a 1660 Ti, 2060, or Vega 56.

Yeah I would but I have a strict budget so ill prob go for the RX 580

If gaming is your main use case you'd get better performance by spending less on other components and more on the GPU, if you're just worried about staying under 2000 AUD in total. E.g. get a B450 motherboard, get a non NVMe SSD like an MX500, get a 2600 instead of 2600X, etc.
