Question Pc completely dead

So i have tried everything i probaly could but my pc is still dead. My pc is only 3 months old. I have reseted the cmos. Tested powesuply. Redo all the cables. Test cpu. Change ram. Removed videocard. But still theres no sign of any power in my pc. Anyone have some advice?

Son I have tested my powersuply on my brothers pc and it worked fine
Pc specs:
Core i7 8th generation
Gtx 1080Ti
Msi Z370 pro
8gb ram 2666
Antec gold power 850W

Can you boot the PC on IGPU. Can you also reseat the cooler and CPU.

No i tried booting up with IGPU but still not working. I havent tried to reseat the cpu because i dont have any extra therm paste. But the motherboard should still give a beep if it was the the cpu thats the problem. Thx for trying to help by the way
