Question PC completely shutting off during gameplay, need help

I have been struggling with this issue for YEARS, and i recently upgraded my CPU, RAM, & SSD and now it is even worse now, trying to play games like Hell Let Loose & Marvel Rivals.
Will literally be ingame doing whatever and it will power off as if it was unplugged
I have monitored the CPU temp, and it shuts down regardless of temperatures.
Specs listed below

Motherboard: ASRock 320M-HDV R4.O
BIOS: L8.01
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X
Stock AMD Wraith cooler
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1660
32GB DDR4 RAM
1TB M.2, 500GB SSD, 1TB HDD
PSU: Gamdias Kratos M1 550B

Suspect maybe PSU issue, not sure, any advice would help!

test with a different psu?

Bought thermaltake toughpower gx2 600w 80+ gold and still experienced shutdowns during gameplay.
